Monique N. Selden-Riley, BSN, RN, MA, LMHC

Founder and Clinical Director

Monique Selden-Riley has been in the mental health field for over 15 years, and has experience in varying capacities. Throughout the years, Monique has worked as a college professor, therapeutic mentor, clinician, regional director, as well as emergency room psychiatric registered nurse. Throughout this time, most of her work has been community-based with adolescents and young adults. Monique is passionate about mental heath disparities noted in Black and Brown communities. Thus, she has made it her life’s work to lessen these gaps where she can. When she is not working, Monique enjoys spending quality time with her husband and three children, as well as learning new skills.
